The Brief
Users could not tell what their balance was worth or which network a transfer would use. The wallet needed to build confidence before it asked for any money to move.
The audit found that the same information was shown three different ways, which made balances and fees hard to compare.
Our Approach
We audited every screen, simplified the home view to balance and recent activity, and added a confirmation step that shows network, fee and recipient in plain language.
We rebuilt the wallet around two questions, what do I have and what happened recently, and moved everything else one step away.
Dark mode, larger numerals and clear network labels were tested with people new to crypto, who completed a first transfer far more confidently.
